Obama because...

He's intuitive, intelligent and knows the value of a free life.

On the other hand, McCain is just another weapon of mass destruction who will destroy the very foundations of America, freedom and the constitution.

No more corporate ownership of our government, no more violent and oppressive aggressions against the world in the name of greed.

Obama is the best candidate for president in my lifetime, and a great hope to make America a respectable nation again.

Please vote for Obama and Biden so we can return to a sane and responsible America.

Bruce Conner Prints in Berkeley

Conner_WillShatterNegativeTrend.jpg

The punk darkroom prints I made for Bruce Conner have been acquired by the Berkeley Art Museum; all 53 images are from editions I created for him, and the images are now on exhibit at the museum.

Working with Bruce on this project took several months of painstaking perfectionism in 1985 at my Pink & Pearl Gallery and Studio in San Diego, and in 2004 at the Denver Working With Artists and Denver Darkroom facilities.

Needless to say, I am ecstatic to see this happen!

Bruce: a True Visionary

page32-1000-full.jpg

The world's greatest iconoclast artist left us a few days ago, a sad day in the the art world. I knew Bruce for 32 years, and did periodic jobs for him. His insistence and persistence on purity of vision truly inspired, a character like I've never met before. He'll be missed, and much of my own spirit and work will continue to be influenced. The wickedly-witty artist Bruce Conner, in my opinion, was the most significant artist of our time, and I felt greatly honored to know and work with him.

Show Open

My new art show is open at the Vertigo Gallery at 9th and Santa Fe in Denver. The opening was wildly successful, and featured a stellar performance by visionary musician Roger Green. Even sold some work, and was honored to have some of the most prestigious fine-art directors in attendance. There will be a closing party at the end of the show, so I hope you'll make it!
